Info for the Final

6/17  Long Block Review: Mixed Practice problems

6/18  Math Final Exam 8:30 - 10:30 am

         B-Block room:  166       F-Block room:  164 

         Remember to bring pencils, eraser, calculator (and maybe extra batteries?), a stomach full of

         healthy breakfast and a brain refreshed by a good night's sleep.  And your book.  

      

         You will return after the test to our classroom in the math building.  I will be in room 816  

         from 11:00 until 12:00 on Wednesday and Thursday.  Bring them by on one of these two days.

6/23  Make-up final in the morning, all blocks for 25 minutes each

Review for the Final

Your final will cover all of the material from the year.  We will spend 7 class periods reviewing (including the double block day on Tuesday, 6/17).  You will be able to use your formula sheet of the first half of the year that you made for the mid-year cumulative exam.  You will also be able to use a second formula sheet that covers the second half of the year.  You may want to create this as we review.

Day 1 (6/02 or 6/05) Circles and Transformations

Day 2 (6/06) Surface Area, Volume, Similarity and Trigonometry

Day 3 (6/09) Proofs (circles, similarity, and quadrilaterals) (typo-corrected version of handout)

Day 4  (6/10 or 6/11) Quadratics and Polynomials

Day 5  (6/12) Sequences and Series, Counting and Probability

Day 6  (6/13) Proof Review Activity

Double Block Day (6/17) Mixed Problems (topic and type) to review everything
